BYD B-BOX Premium LVS 24.0 – 24 kWh Low Voltage Home Battery

The BYD Battery-Box Premium LVS 24.0 is an advanced low-voltage lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery storage system, designed for both residential and light commercial applications. It is compatible with external single-phase and three-phase inverters, including Victron Multiplus, Multigrid, Quattro, and EasySolar 48V inverter/chargers, as well as GoodWe and SMA Sunny Island inverters. The LVS 24.0 is ideal for maximizing solar self-consumption, both on and off-grid, and can also provide powerful backup power during power outages.

A single LVS 24.0 array contains between one and six battery modules, stacked in parallel, achieving a usable capacity of 4 to 24.0 kWh per tower. Thanks to the modular design, additional LVS modules can easily be added later, making the system flexible and scalable. The patented internal connector design eliminates the need for additional wiring, making installation simpler and more user-friendly.

Key Features

The battery uses cobalt-free lithium iron phosphate cells, guaranteeing maximum safety, a long lifespan, and reliable performance. The system complies with the highest international safety standards, including VDE2510-50, IEC62619, CE, CEC, and UN38.3, and has an IP55 protection rating. It can operate continuously within an operating voltage range of 40 to 57.6 V and at temperatures from -10°C to +50°C, with a round-trip energy efficiency of ≥95%.

TheBYD LVS 24.0It has a usable capacity of 24.0 kWh, a nominal voltage of 51.2 V, a maximum output current of 250 A, and a peak output current of 360 A for five seconds. The tower weighs 292.5 kg and measures 1693 x 650 x 29 mm.

The set includes sixBYD Battery-Box Premium LVS 4.0 modules, AnBYD Battery-Box Premium LVS base plate with PDU (Power Distribution Unit)and oneBYD Battery Box Premium LVS BMU (Battery Management Unit). CAUTION: This product contains hazardous materials according to UN 3480, Transport Hazard Class 9, Packing Group II.
